With perspective honed from practicing as a registered nurse, Kathleen A. Reed offers legal guidance to a variety of health care providers. Kathleen helps with reimbursement, pharmacy and drug control issues, fraud and abuse, scope of practice questions, payer-provider contracting, licensure and regulatory matters, and patient care matters.

Kathleen counsels a variety of health care providers, including hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, nursing homes, pharmacies, durable medical equipment suppliers, and individual practitioners.

Kathleen also advises on compliance with Medicaid and Medicare requirements for participation and reimbursement, and she has assisted clients in appealing adverse survey and reimbursement decisions.
