2021 Washington, DC Outlook: 100+ Days into the Biden Administration, Association of Corporate Counsel June CLE Meeting

James Brandell, Washington, D.C.-based Government Policy Advisor and leader of Dykema’s federal government relations team, will serve as a guest speaker in the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) June CLE Meeting entitled, “2021 Washington, DC Outlook: 100+ Days into the Biden Administration,” on June 2, 2021. The event will take place both via Zoom and in-person at the Quarry Golf Club in San Antonio.

Brandell will provide an informative update on the Biden Administration’s proposed legislation and policy initiatives affecting businesses. He will discuss the landscape in Washington, D.C., as well as Congressional and Administration priorities through the remainder of 2021 with a specific focus on various policy proposals affecting tax, infrastructure, energy, government investigations and much more.
