Abad Lopez Discusses Fantasy Football and Gambling in the Workplace in Law360

Abad Lopez, Chicago-based Member in Dykema’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was quoted in Law360 article titled “Employers Need Game Plan For Fantasy Football At Office.”

In the article, Lopez points out that even in states where gambling is legal, employers can still maintain personal conduct policies aimed at preventing employees from participating in activities like fantasy football at work and also monitor workers' equipment usage if they suspect a problem.
