Paul Boken, Dykema’s Chief Operating, served as a featured speaker at the 19th Annual Law Firm COO & CFO Forum presented by Thomson Reuters. Boken participated in the panel discussion, “Adaptive Design: Evolving Law Firm Client Service Models,” which took place on October 29, 2020.

The session focused on how law firms are beginning to rethink their client service models in a number of creative ways due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including enhanced client service or practice teams, amended pricing strategies, and more comprehensive client feedback and listening initiatives.
