During this Dykema-hosted lunch-and-learn, we'll have a moderated panel provide perspectives of mid-to-senior level associates in legal, private equity, investment banking, finance, and transaction support. The panelists will comment on the lifecycle of a typical private equity deal and offer useful/important lessons learned along the way.
