Andrew Scott's Work with Town Commission on Behalf Cannabis Dispensary Highlighted in Chicago Tribune

Andrew Scott's representation of Cannabis industry client Nirvana Management Company in its effort to open an adult-use dispensary in Park Ridge, Illinois, was highlighted in two articles published by the Chicago Tribune:

• "Park Ridge Zoning Commission approves cannabis dispensary at 1036 W. Higgins after first deal fell through"
• "Park Ridge approves second cannabis dispensary, but requires it to close at 8 p.m. like the first."

Scott worked with the Park Ridge Zoning Commission to help the client receive approval on its application. Scott has handled approximately 25 licensing/zoning matters for cannabis clients in Illinois.
