Ashley Fickel Selected for Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Thriving In Their 40’s” List

The Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Thriving In Their 40’s” list stemmed from their traditional “40 in their 40’s,” as a way to celebrate and honor outstanding market leaders that are leading the way in their industry.

Fickel is the leader of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group and focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, manufacturers, and a diverse group of businesses in complex legal disputes. Managing cases from intake through appeal, Fickel leverages his formidable advocacy skills to defend businesses facing individual and class action claims involving consumer financial services, consumer fraud, privacy, products liability, catastrophic injury, and complex business disputes.

Fickel earned a J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from Westmont College.
