Back to Work We Go: A Review of Construction Industry Challenges in the Covid-19 World

As companies in the construction industry begin to return to work, numerous questions will arise regarding job site requirements, workplace safety precautions, etc. Executive Order 2020-70 adds significant obligations that may be difficult to follow, will surely increase costs of performance and challenges to profitability. Please join Dykema and the Michigan Chapter of NECA for a program discussing details of the Order and various related topics, including: 

• New job site requirements that must be implemented and followed
• Responsibility for initiating and maintaining said requirements
• Economic impacts related to implementing the Order
• Potential issues prohibiting/limiting/ allowing recovery of costs resulting from the Order
• Related employee concerns
