Baucus, Hickey and Walls to Address Residential Mortgage Litigation Post-CARES Act in Mortgage Bankers Association Webinar

Laura C. Baucus, Joseph H. Hickey and Samantha L. Walls, Michigan-based members of Dykema’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, will serve as featured speakers for the Mortgage Bankers Association webinar, “Preparing for Residential Mortgage Litigation Post-CARES Act,” set for Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

The webinar will present an overview of the anticipated types of litigation Banks, Mortgage Servicers, Investors and other financial institutions may face as a result of the CARES Act and the COVID-19 pandemic as it relates to residential mortgages. Some topics that will be discussed include, analyzing profiles, Inc. v.
