Beyond the ESG Buzzwords: Government Enforcement Review and In-House Perspectives on ESG Compliance Initiatives

New and proposed regulations relating to ESG (environmental, social, and governance) initiatives are one of the hottest legal topics for 2022. Questions abound regarding what regulations the government will impose, how those regulations will be enforced, and how companies should track and disclose ESG-related information. Moving beyond the uncertainty surrounding these questions, this program will offer perspectives from attorneys with a finger on the pulse of what government enforcement efforts are at play, as well as in-house compliance professionals with boots-on-the ground views of how companies are implementing ESG initiatives into their compliance programs.
