Bradley W. Micsky Joins Dykema’s IP Practice in Minneapolis

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Bradley Micsky as a Member in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group resident in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Micsky joins Dykema after practicing at Carlson Caspers Vandenburgh & Lindquist, PA for more than seven years.
In his practice, Micsky advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property law and business matters, with a focus on patent litigation and counseling. He works with clients to develop effective strategies for litigation defense, patent enforcement, and inter partes reviews. Micsky also advises clients on licensing, IP portfolio development, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, open-source software, and leveraging IP to further business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Micsky was Assistant General Counsel – Intellectual Property for a multinational company responsible for worldwide intellectual property matters in a multi-billion dollar business unit. In this capacity, he advised leadership on all IP issues relating to the business, supervised IP litigations, negotiated contracts and licenses, and managed a global portfolio of several hundred patents. Before that, he was a member of the IP practice of an international law firm, where he gained extensive experience in all facets of IP litigation in a wide range of technologies.

Micsky, who has a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, has experience with a wide range of technologies such as semiconductors, mobile communications/networking, micro-electronic devices, video analytics, telecommunications standards, and software.
Micsky earned a J.D., cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law.
