Chris Kratovil Speaks About New SCOTX Justice in The Texas Lawbook

Christopher Kratovil, Office Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office and a Member of the Firm's Litigation Department and Appellate Practice, was quoted in The Texas Lawbook article, “Rebeca Huddle of Baker Botts Named to SCOTX.”

In the article, Kratovil discussed Justice Rebecca Aizpuru Huddle, who was recently appointed to the Supreme Court of Texas by Governor Greg Abbott to replace retired Justice Paul Green. Kratovil gave a favorable review of Justice Huddle’s time on the First Court of Appeals and her private practice at Baker Botts.
