The discussion is designed to provide Veterinarians an overview of the process of selling/affiliating with a service organization and to provide some steps you can take to prepare for a sale.
Attendees will learn:
- A basic understanding of the legal documents and processes involved in selling a practice.
- To identify specific areas to address prior to entering into a transaction (for example, the areas of EBITDA, operating agreements, and loans) and understand the various steps needed to complete a transaction
What might they share with their fellow licensees about this program?
