Corporate Finance Attorney Paula Angelini Joins Dykema in Chicago

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Paula Angelini as a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Finance Practice Group resident in the firm’s Chicago office. Angelini joins after more than 17 years in-house with Bank of America, serving most recently as Associate General Counsel & Senior Vice President - Team Leader for more than 12 years.

In her previous role with Bank of America, Angelini led a team of attorneys supporting four Business Banking regions across the United States primarily focused on companies with revenues of between $5-$20 million, and companies with up to $50 million in revenue in major metropolitan areas. At Dykema, Angelini’s practice will focus on commercial lending, bank regulatory matters, banking compliance, and commercial litigation.

Angelini earned a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.Sc. in Economics from Dominican University.
