Craig Woods Talks About DSO Deals in Dental Products Report

Craig Woods, Dallas-based Member in Dykema’s Dental Service Organizations (DSO) Industry Group, was quoted in the Dental Products Report article, “DSO deal-making in the pandemic.”

In the article, Woods and others discussed the M&A environment during COVID-19 and reasons why dentists decide to affiliate with a DSO, including the need to educate themselves about governmental programs such as the Personal Paycheck Protection loan process, safety protocols, and communication with patients and staff. Other reasons include financial stress and the need for administrative and operational staffing.
