David Vanderhider to Present at Association of Corporate Counsel’s Construction Seminar

David Vanderhider will serve as a featured presenter at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s seminar, “Construction Contracting: Current Legal Trends,” on October 4, 2022. Vanderhider will cover supply chain issues, force majeure events, cost escalation, and delay claims. He will discuss how those drafting contracts can mitigate risk and best position themselves when issues and claims arise on construction projects. The presentation will take place at Paesanos Lincoln Heights in San Antonio, Texas, and via Zoom.
