Laura P. Worsinger, Los Angeles-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Labor and Employment practice group, authored the Daily Journal article, “Dealing with Dynamex,” in which she thoroughly reviews the Dynamex Operations West, Inc. v. Superior Court decision, a labor case which narrowly interprets the definition of an ‘independent contractor.’
