Sean Griffin will serve as a featured speaker at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) - International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Virtual Insurance Roundtable on September 28, 2021

His session, “Diversity and Inclusion,” will address the following:

• How diversity has been and will continue to be an important aspect of the company/law firm relationship,
• What the expectations of executives and outside counsel are,
• What initiatives have been developed and will be developed, 
• The diversity components of RFPs, the issue of self-reporting, the assignment of work and compensation or billing credits given by law firms, and,
• How companies and firms can retain talent.
