We invite you to join James L. Park, Chairman-Global Auto Systems, Inc., Joel Ewanick, former VP, Global Chief Marketing Officer-General Motors and Hoon Noh, Senior Counsel and Assistant Leader, Korea Team-Dykema, as they discuss—via webcast from Dykema's LA office—the current strategic, trade, political and legal issues involved in conducting business with Korea-based OEMs, suppliers and others entities in the automotive sector. Korea matters for two reasons: it is one of the largest and most sophisticated automobile-producing nations in the world—the fifth-largest in terms of assembled autos, and the sixth-largest in terms of auto export volume. And it adjoins North Korea, whose recent saber-rattling has focused the world's attention on that country's military might and missile-launching capabilities.
