Dykema Advises MAHLE on Sale of U.S. Engineering Services Business to Dumarey Group

Dykema congratulates MAHLE on the sale of its U.S. engineering services business to the Dumarey Group, a Belgium-based independent supplier specializing in powertrain solutions.

MAHLE Powertrain LLC is the US subsidiary of the engineering services arm of the MAHLE Group. Known for its expertise in the design, development, and integration of electrified powertrain systems and hybrid internal combustion engines, the MAHLE Group made the strategic decision to sell its U.S. branch as part of a long-term review of its global positioning. The Dumarey Group will take the helm of the U.S. business, leveraging its strong focus on growth and innovation in the American market.
