Dykema Hires Paul R. Boken as Chief Operating Officer

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today that the firm has hired Paul R. Boken as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Dykema, Boken served as COO of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a 500 attorney, multi-office law firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Boken, who will primarily work out of the firm’s Chicago office, joins Dykema with nearly 25 years’ worth of Executive Management experience. He assumes the position from Richard Holdrup, who will retire at the end of March after serving as Dykema’s COO for more than five years.

Prior to his time with Dinsmore, Boken served as the Executive Managing Director at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Chicago for more than 16 years. He also worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. for 15 years, seven of which were in administrative leadership roles.

Boken earned a B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from the Loyola Marymount University College of Business Administration.
