Dykema Renews Commitment to Mansfield Certification Process for 2024-25

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that it is reaffirming its commitment to Diversity Lab's Mansfield Certification Process for 2024–2025. Dykema joins more than 365 firms for the next iteration of the process; representing more than twice the amount of firms that participated just a few years ago.
Since joining the Mansfield cohort of firms in 2021, Dykema has worked to increase the transparency and accessibility of our advancement procedure and to open the door wider to ensure that all talent at the firm has a transparent, fair, and equal opportunity to be considered for leadership roles and activities. This is for the benefit of our talented attorneys and our clients.
Data shows that firms that remain committed and accountable to the Mansfield Certification process year-over-year are making substantial progress in creating inclusive talent practices and diversifying their leadership ranks. Dykema has experienced positive progress since joining the Mansfield process, and the firm remains committed to taking measurable actions to ensure its processes are—and remain—inclusive.

Dykema's commitment to diversity was also exhibited when Farrell and Laura Baucus, Director of the firm’s Automotive Industry Group, each participated in the Diversity Lab’s “Moments to Movements Hackathon.” Both Farrell and Baucus’s respective teams received formal recognition from Diversity Lab for their innovative ideas. Baucus participated on the Bias Busters team, which was listed as a Top Winner and secured second place with its innovative solution, “Inclusion Hub,” while Farrell served as the DEI Advisor for the Inclusion Superstars team, whose pitch was recognized as an Honorable Mention, was highly praised by the judges, and is set to be implemented by Diversity Lab.
