Dykema, a leading national law firm, served as outside general counsel and strategic counsel to Network Perception from its early commercialization through two rounds of venture capital and the acquisition by Dragos. Dykema services included Board counsel, corporate finance, patent, employment, executive compensation and benefits, privacy, and technology licensing.
