Fifty-Nine Dykema Lawyers Named to 2013 Michigan SuperLawyers

Dykema is pleased to announce that 59 of its Michigan-based practitioners have been selected for inclusion in the 2013 Michigan SuperLawyers list, a designation conferred upon no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state. The number of Dykema attorneys listed in the 2013 Michigan SuperLawyers is six greater than year ago.
An additional 23 Dykema lawyers have been named to the 2013 Michigan Rising Stars list. This is virtually double the number of Dykema lawyers who were listed in last year’s Rising Stars list. Rising Stars recognition is given to outstanding lawyers who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. One indication of the specialness of this honor: no more than 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers merit inclusion in Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, each assembled by Thomson Reuters, rate outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
