Forbes, Vogt and Mroczkowski Article on Pandemic Evictions and Lease Litigation Referenced in Connected Real Estate Magazine

Dykema attorneys Brian Forbes, Steve Mroczkowski and Michael Vogt, were quoted in the Connected Real Estate Magazine article, “Where are the Government relief programs for Landlords?”

The article discusses the impact of the pandemic on both commercial and residential real estate,  in particular the rental market where payment issues are expected to continue through yearend, and even into 2021. The article cited Forbes, Vogt and Mroczkowski’s recent REJournals article, “Preparing for evictions and lease litigation in the wake of the pandemic,” where the co-authors encouraged landlords to negotiate terms with tenants in order to create a win-win for all parties.
