Iwrey and Rockey discuss how the Michigan Supreme Court's decision in innovation ventures has clarified the legal standard for commercial noncompete clauses in Michigan, moving from a confusing and uncertain application of the Michigan Antitrust Reform Act (MARA) to the more straightforward rule of reason.
