It’s Time for Geographic Diversity in SCOTX Appointments

Christopher D. Kratovil, Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office and member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups, authored an op-ed for The Texas Lawbook titled "It’s Time for Geographic Diversity in SCOTX Appointments."

In the article, Kratovil highlights that despite the Dallas-Fort Worth area not only being the most populous region of Texas but also still one of the fastest-growing regions in the state, it's been nearly a quarter-century since anyone from the region was elevated to the Texas Supreme Court.
