James Golden Joins Dykema

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that James M. Golden has joined the firm as an Associate in its Financial Services Litigation Department. Mr. Golden’s practice focuses on class action defense, consumer financial services, commercial litigation, and toxic torts. His varied experience includes the representation of clients in the defense of consumer class actions, for violations of environmental laws and other complex litigation matters. James has also been active inpro bono litigation on behalf of indigent clients.

Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Golden was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. A resident of Chicago, James received a B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
