Jennifer Fraser Named to International Trademark Association Legislation and Regulation Committee

Dykema is proud to announce that Jennifer Fraser was named to the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Legislation and Regulation Committee. Her year-long term commences on January 1, 2024. This year, more than 4,400 member volunteers applied to serve on INTA committees.

INTA's Legislation and Regulation Committee analyzes legislative and regulatory developments and identifies deficiencies in existing laws and regulations relating to trademarks and unfair competition. The Committee completes analyses and proposes policy recommendations to the Board. Work includes drafting proposed legislation and/or regulations and advocating INTA’s existing policy positions to relevant government officials.
