Jennifer Fraser to Serve as Featured Speaker in IPO 2022 Annual Meeting

Jennifer Fraser will serve as a featured speaker at the Intellectual Property Owners Association’s (IPO) 2022 Annual Meeting on September 18-20, 2022, at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, California.

Fraser’s session, “USPTO Scrutiny of Improper Behavior and Misconduct in Trademark Filings (Ethics),” will focus on the efforts of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to protect the accuracy and integrity of the federal trademark register through administrative sanctions and investigative and disciplinary actions taken against trademark owners and their counsel acting improperly.
