Jon Seppelt Shares his IP Wish for 2021 with IPWatchdog

Jon Seppelt, Minneapolis-based Member in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, was quoted in the IPWatchdog article, “Wish Upon a Star: Experts Share Their Wildest IP Dreams for 2021.”

In the article, IP insiders were invited to share their most creative IP dreams and wishes for the coming year. Seppelt shared his hope that Congress passes legislation that amends 35 U.S.C. §101 to better align with the current state of technology.
