Jonathan Michael to Serve as Featured Speaker at Estate Planning Short Course

Jonathan W. Michael, Chicago-based member in Dykema's Tax & Estate Planning Practice, will serve as a featured speaker at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education's 61st Annual Estate Planning Short Course. This two-day event, which is considered the preeminent legal education event for estate planning attorneys and trust officers in the State of Illinois, will take place in Champaign May 14-15 and in Chicago May 23-24.

Mr. Michael will serve as panel moderator for the featured presentation "Standards? We Don't Need No Stinkin' Standards!" The presentation, which takes place at 1:30 p.m. on Day 1, will provide insight about the do's and don'ts of trust distribution standards, as well as how those distribution standards are applied and interpreted on an everyday basis.
