Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that Kate Bechen and Robin Lehninger have been selected for Wisconsin Law Journal’s Legal All-Star Awards. The awards ceremony and networking event will take place on December 8, 2022, at The Grain Exchange in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
According to the publication, the Legal All-Star Awards celebrate outstanding legal minds from across the state in multiple categories.
Bechen, who was named to the “Leaders in the Law” list and serves as Office Managing Member of the firm’s Milwaukee office. In her practice, she assists clients ranging from early stage startups obtaining initial funding, to high-growth companies engaged in mergers and acquisitions, to public corporations securing large-scale financing. The capital markets transactions Bechen handles span various industries, including healthcare and biopharma, aerospace and military defense, fintech, and clean energy; all of which involve complicated cross border acquisitions, and private and public financing (including debt and equity bridge financing, PIPEs, SPAC acquisitions, and IPOs). She is a triple threat when it comes to healthcare, holding a master’s in health administration that has helped her understand an ever-growing, highly regulated industry.
Bechen earned a J.D., M.H.A., and B.A. from the University of Iowa.
