Linda Moss Will Share Guidelines on How to Build a Successful Support Staff at LMA Midwest Regional Conference

Linda Moss, Dykema’s Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer, is scheduled to serve as a featured speaker at the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Midwest Regional Conference. The conference is set to take place on June 18-19 in Metro Detroit.

As a part of the Marketing Management and Leadership Track of the conference, Moss will co-present the session “How to Build a Business Development Team That Means Business,” on Tuesday, June 18 at 2:00 p.m. The presentation will discuss when, how to build a productive team, what team members most value, and to keep team members happy, satisfied and challenged with their work.
