Mike Carey Included in The Daily Journal’s "Leading Commercial Litigators 2024" Listing

Dykema is proud to announce that Mike Carey was selected for inclusion in the Daily Journal's "Leading Commercial Litigators 2024," listing. Carey was profiled in a special supplement of publication on January 24, 2024.

According to the Daily Journal, the annual supplement honors the best attorneys working within the broad scope of commercial and bet-the-company litigation across the country.

Carey Co-Leads Dykema’s Electric and Autonomous Vehicles (E/AV) and Advanced Mobility team. In his practice, he counsels mobility industry clients on proactive risk mitigation strategies for emerging automated driving technologies. Outside of litigation, his clients and colleagues also turn to him to craft liability, indemnity, warning, and other language in agreements or transactional matters, benefiting from the perspective and insights he's gained successfully trying countless products liability cases. 

As editor of The Open Road, Dykema's automotive blog, he is frequently called on to publish and present about legal issues and advances in the automotive field. Michael also serves as Dykema’s Minneapolis Office Managing Member.

Carey earned a J.D., cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A. from St. John’s University.
