Navigating Diversity in a Corporate Legal Landscape

Sean Buckley served as a featured panelist for the SMU Rowling Center for Business Law & Leadership Law Week presentation, “Navigating Diversity in a Corporate Legal Landscape.” The panel was co-hosted by OUTLaw, PALSA, BLSA, and MESALSA. The panel took place on February 23, 2024.

Buckley joined other attorneys practicing business law to share their experiences as a diverse attorney and how they view the cultures surrounding diversity in the legal profession. This panel's goal was to open up a more honest conversation, critically analyze the past, present, and future of DE&I, and provide a clearer expectation for law students when they start their careers.
