New TMA Proceedings: Trends and Best Practices

Jennifer Fraser will serve as a presenter for in the Intellectual Property Owners Association’s webinar, “New TMA Proceedings: Trends and Best Practices,” on April 26, 2022. The webinar will take an in-depth look at the new ex parte expungement and reexamination proceedings, including requirements for filing a petition and USPTO procedures for initiating a proceeding. Fraser and the additional speakers have analyzed petitions filed to date, and will discuss best practices for filing petitions as well as other strategic considerations from a brand owner’s perspective.
