Post-Election Coverage: Tax Policy Update

With Republicans in control of Congress and Donald Trump’s return to the White House, they are positioned to pursue an ambitious agenda with tax policy leading the way. 

This webinar will focus on the impact of the 2024 election on tax policy including:

• The expiration of approximately $4 trillion in tax cuts enacted under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017.
• Tax cuts proposed during the 2024 presidential campaign.
• Tax incentives implemented by the Inflation Reduction Act, CHIPS Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
• Proposals to enact 20 percent tariffs on all imports and 60 percent tariffs on products from China.
