“Riding the Circuits: Practice in the Fifth Circuit”

Chris Kratovil was a featured speaker for the American Bar Association (ABA) Judicial Division’s Council of Appellate Lawyers program, “Riding the Circuits: Practice in the Fifth Circuit.” Kratovil served as moderator to a panel of Fifth Circuit judges, the Fifth Circuit clerk, and appellate lawyers who discussed best practices for litigating in the Fifth Circuit.
