Robert P. Tiplady, Ann Arbor-based member of Dykema’s Taxation Group, and co-speaker at a State Bar presentation on the Michigan Domestic Asset Protection Trust Act, appeared in a photo feature in the Detroit & Flint-Genesee Legal News. Tiplady chaired the Michigan State Bar subcommittee that drafted the DAPT bill permitting creditor-shielded trusts, which became effective as law March 8.
