Rodrigo Figueroa Addresses EMS Private Property Access in Wilson County News

Rodrigo J. Figueroa, San Antonio-based member in Dykema’s Regulated Industries department and director of the firm’s Alternative & Renewable Energy group, was quoted in the Wilson County News in the article, “FELPS Considers EMS Master Key Request.”

As Counsel to the Floresville Electric Light & Power System, Figueroa was asked to review a request from the local emergency medical services for a copy of the FELPS master key, used to enter private property grounds by meter readers.  Figueroa expressed concerns about the liability issues the EMS might face in the event of damages.
