Safety and Regulatory Considerations of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Michael Carey, Minneapolis-based member of Dykema’s Products, Class Actions, and Professional Liability practice group and co-leader of the firm’s Mobility and Advanced Transportation Team, co-authored the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Automobile Litigation Newsletter article, “Safety and Regulatory Considerations of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).”

The article discusses the importance of considering the evolving safety and regulatory impact of ADAS technologies, which is especially significant given the prevalence of these systems in the majority of new vehicles on the road today.
