Scott Kocienski Discusses Tax Policy To Watch for Remainder of 2021 in Law360

Scott Kocienski, Bloomfield Hills-based Member in Dykema’s Taxation and Estates Practice Group, was quoted in the Law360 article, “State and Local Tax Policy to Watch in the 2^nd Half of 2021.”

In the article, Kocienski and other professionals weigh in on tax policy issues states are tackling in the second half of 2021, including remote work, keeping up with federal tax legislation, and taxing of digital products. Kocienski points out that some issues are particularly difficult for midsize and smaller companies who have employees working remotely in other states.
