Sean Griffin Discussed Cybersecurity and Expert Witness Topics in FDCC Annual Meeting

Sean Griffin participated in two sessions at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel 2022 Annual Meeting on July 25-30, 2022, in Seattle, Washington. In his first session, “Don’t Be in the Dark: How Utility Companies Should Handle Ransomware and Other Cyber Incidents,” Griffin addressed ransomware, data breaches, and other cyber events within the energy industry, while in his second session, “Anatomy of a Trial – Expert Witnesses,” he discussed how to investigate, depose, and cross-examine an opponent’s experts.
