This session will address the complicated return to work issues employers are encountering amid the continued impact of COVID-19. Challenging scenarios include deciding whether vaccines should be mandatory before employees return to work, how to address exceptions to vaccine mandate rules, and what enhanced testing should be implemented for employees who are granted an exception to a mandatory vaccine policy. This program will also include discussion of orders, ordinances, and executive orders in various states, including California, Texas, and Michigan and recommendations for employers about best practices for implementing a return to work plan.
