Stephen Sayre Authors Article on M&A Outlook for Chicago Daily Law Bulletin

Stephen Sayre, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Group, authored the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article, “Optimism continues for private M&A market.”

In the article, Sayre references Dykema’s 11^th Annual M&A Outlook Survey, sharing key findings from the report. He goes on to highlight that the factors driving optimism include aging business owners looking to cash in, owners accelerating sale plans because of concerns that the seller-friendly window may be closing, and seller recognition that valuations for privately owned businesses were very high.
