Stephen Sayre Serves as Featured M&A Panelist at Connect Chicago Conference

Stephen Sayre, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Group and co-leader of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, served as a featured panelist at the Connect Chicago conference, which focused on commercial real estate trends and took place on May 14 at the W City Center Hotel.

Sayre participated in the panel “Mergers & Acquisitions: Are there more on the Horizon?”, which addressed what consolidation means for the commercial real estate industry. Sayre and his fellow panelists discussed the challenges and opportunities regarding how mergers and acquisitions affect investment strategy decisions given the current market conditions as well the impact of combining real estate assets, overlapping job roles, keeping up morale and more.
