Steven Liedel, Lansing-based member of Dykema’s Government Policy & Practice group, was quoted in the Crain’s Detroit Business article “Whitmer’s COVID executive orders are out. Here are the pandemic restrictions still in.”

The article discusses where things legally stand during the 21-day period after the recent Michigan Supreme Court ruling reversing Governor Whitmer’s COVID-19 executive orders. The article goes on to discuss the effectiveness of mandates and ordinances implemented at the county and city levels as well.
