Toby’s session, “Executory Contracts and Customer Challenges in Chapter 11 Sales,” will cover the importance of maintaining or rejecting customer relationships, the creditor role of a customer that can arise by virtue of rejection damages, the consent and approval rights customers have, and the impact that a change of ownership can have on customers.
