Thomas Moga, Bloomfield Hills-based Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, authored the Intellectual Property Magazine article, “The treatment sprint.”
In the article, Moga described China’s 1985 Patent Law and its subsequent amendments, as well as current developments involving the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Gilead Science, and Gilead’s patented antiviral pharmaceutical, Remdesivir, which has proved valuable in the treatment of coronaviruses, SARS, and MERS.
